Growing up in Belgium, I quickly learned what it meant to work hard and give away half of what I earned in taxes. It felt like ambition was being punished. That experience sparked a question that changed everything: What if entrepreneurs and investors could truly take control of their financial future?

It hasn’t always been smooth. I’ve made mistakes, hired the wrong people, built systems too late, said “yes” when I should’ve said “no.” But I learned fast. Today, I hire quickly, build processes early, say “no” often, and always invest in people and not just revenue. Most importantly, I back my own vision.
